For many years we have been supplying battery
chargers to industry. We currently produce our
own range of Sealed Lead Acid (SLA), Nickel
Cadmium (NiCd) and Nickel Metal Hydride (NMhd)
chargers. Many of the leading catalogue companies
in the UK stock our products for instant dispatch.
In addition we will undertake to produce special
battery packs and chargers to customer specifications.
Many battery applications are special to the
equipment that they power. We recognise this
and take great care in matching the chargers
to the application in hand. In addition to these
products we also design and manufacture a range
of battery monitors (LED or meter display),
analysers and checkers.
We
have a particular interest in true linear chargers,
which are recommended by most battery manufacturers.

produce short runs of specialist mouldings,
R3 Tech now offer this same cost effective
service to the small and medium user operating
in a wide range of markets such as: |

We
have experience with moulding using many of the
commonly available materials today and some others
that are not so common. R3 Tech currently produces
components in ABS, Santoprene (rubberised plastic),
Nylon, Glass filled Nylon, Polypropylene, Polythene
and many more.
Utilising our own in-house understanding of
the process, we have developed a significant
skill level in insert moulding. Be that low
or high volume runs and assembly.
At the heart of our moulding method is the ability
to design and produce the moulding tool itself.
By careful design the functionality of the moulded
product can often be enhanced and additional
features sometimes added, or by opting for a
simpler design, the tooling cost can be kept
down to a minimum.
Moulding costs rely to a large extent on the
moulding time. Again by careful design the tool
can be optimised to run at the best rate possible
thus keeping the piece part cost down.
